Privacy Policy — FetalCal

FetalCal ("we", "our", or "us") is a professional fetal biometry and Doppler assessment application developed by Aditya Hadole / RadEngine. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the FetalCal mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

FetalCal does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. The App operates entirely offline.

The only data stored by the App is clinical measurement data (gestational age, biometry measurements, Doppler indices) that you voluntarily enter. This data is stored locally on your device only using the device's secure local storage (AsyncStorage). It is never transmitted to us or any third party.

2. How We Use Information

All data entered into FetalCal is used solely to perform clinical calculations and generate reports within the App. We do not access, collect, process, or use any of this data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share any user data with third parties. FetalCal has no analytics, advertising, or tracking capabilities. No data is transmitted over the internet.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all stored data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data through your device settings. We have no access to your data and cannot recover it once deleted.

5. Children's Privacy

FetalCal is intended for use by healthcare professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The App is not directed at children.

6. GDPR — European Union Users

For users in the European Union, we confirm that FetalCal does not process any personal data as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, no data controller or data processor relationship exists between the user and RadEngine.

7. CalOPPA — California Users

In accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), we state that FetalCal does not collect personally identifiable information from users. Users may use the App anonymously. We do not track users over time or across third-party websites.

8. CCPA — California Consumer Privacy Act

FetalCal does not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents have the right to request information about our privacy practices, which is fully disclosed in this policy.

9. Third-Party Services

FetalCal does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, social media, or tracking services. The App does not contain any external links to third-party websites.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

The calculations and clinical impressions generated by the App are for reference purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
